Royal Enfield has revealed full specifications for its first electric motorcycle, as the all-new Flying Flea C6 debuts in India this week.
A dedicated flagship store in Bengaluru is now taking orders and offering test rides, although it remains unclear when the C6 will reach Australian shores. There are currently two colours available: Flea Green and Storm Black.
According to Indian media, the Flying Flea C6 is priced at 2.79 lakh, which converts to roughly $4265 AUD. Indian-market pricing is typically lower than in Australia, so the C6 would likely sit closer to $10,000 AUD locally.

However, Royal Enfield is also reported to be offering a “battery as a service” (BaaS) option that reduces the price to 1.99 lakh, with customers effectively leasing the battery rather than purchasing it.
The bike is powered by a 3.91 kWh air-cooled lithium-ion battery and a permanent magnet synchronous motor producing 15.4 kW and 60 Nm of motor torque. Top speed is estimated at 115 km/h, with a claimed battery range of 154 km. Charging time is quoted at 65 minutes for a 20–80 per cent top-up.
Royal Enfield told bikesales in 2024 that it plans “different configurations” for different countries, meaning Australia could receive a unique version of the Flying Flea with revised battery capacity or power output.

Suspension consists of a girder-linkage front fork and a rear monoshock, while braking duties are handled by 260 mm and 220 mm discs front and rear respectively.
The Flying Flea C6 is the first Royal Enfield to feature cornering ABS and traction control, with adjustable ABS included. It also offers an electronic steering lock, a 3.5-inch colour TFT touchscreen display, ride modes, adjustable regenerative braking, and smartphone connectivity.
Weighing in at just 124 kg, the Flying Flea C6 is one of the lightest Royal Enfields in recent memory, as well as one of the lightest road-going electric motorcycles currently on the market.
Royal Enfield is treating Flying Flea as a spin-off brand, with a second model — the Flying Flea S6 — set for release later this year.
