Royal Enfield is rumoured to be readying the launch of a new scrambler range in the coming months, in a bid to gain a piece of the lucrative retro-styled scrambler pie.
The new 350cc and 500cc-powered machines are expected to be based on Royal Enfield's popular Bullet platform, and feature a similar upswept exhaust design as found on the marque's 1950s scrambler model called the Trials, and these latest models are also expected to bear the same name.
Still unconfirmed, the rumoured machines are likely to adopt wire-spoked wheels, a twin-shock rear end and sprung solo seat and a luggage rack, while retro touches like the upswept exhaust and fork gaiters would complete the retro off-road look.
