Royal Enfield has confirmed that its upcoming electric Flying Flea C6 model will be launched in 2026, keeping in-line with the original timeline promised.
Flying Flea was unveiled as a new electric sub-brand at EICMA in 2024, but Royal Enfield said a production version of its first model would not debut until 2026. The brand has now stated that timeframe is still on track.
The confirmation came alongside its latest sales report, which indicated the India-based company is growing at a rapid rate.
For the 2024-2025 financial year, Royal Enfield recorded 1,002,893 sales globally, which represents a 10 per cent year-on-year increase. This total includes 902,757 units sold in India, while exports totalled 100,136 – a 29.7 per cent increase year-on-year.
Royal Enfield also recorded its highest-ever quarterly result in January-March, with 280,80 sales – a 23.2 per cent increase.
