Rossi second in Monza Rally Show

The nine-time world GP champion again showed his prowess on four wheels, making it all the way to the final against rally tyro Sebastien Loeb
Valentino Rossi has finished a stirring second in the 2011 Monza Rally Show, an invitational event which brings together the stars of both the two and four-wheel arenas.
Driving a WRC-spec Ford Fiesta RS with co-driver Carlo Cassina, Rossi finished second in the final behind eight-time world rally champion Sebastien Loeb, with endurance racing driver Rinaldo Capello in third.
Rossi actually beat Loeb in two of the stages, but his challenge for victory evaporated when he stalled his car in a turn. 
Other motorcycle riders to take part in he Monza Rally Show included Andrea Dovizioso, Claudio Corti and Andrea Iannone.
