The LAMS-approved KTM 390 Adventure has been revised for 2023, with new spoked wheels offering more robust off-road capability.
While the existing cast-wheel model will still be available, punters will now be able to purchase a 390 Adventure with 19- and 17-inch black anodized aluminium spoked wheels as standard. Also new for 2023 are bold new graphics that give the bike a sharp look.
Elsewhere, the learner-friendly 390 Adventure remains largely unchanged. It is still powered by the 373cc four-stroke single-cylinder engine that puts out 44hp (32.4kW) at 9000rpm and 37Nm at 7000rpm, and features the same lightweight steel trellis frame with WP APEX 43mm fork and shock.
The electronics package on the bike is simple, but includes traction control and Cornering ABS, as well as an off-road ABS mode. There is also a 5-inch TFT screen and handlebar-mounted switchblock.
Weighing in a 172kg wet, the 390 Adventure also features a 14.5L fuel tank, an 830mm seat height, Brembo ByBre brakes, LED lights, an adjustable windshield, and a two-tier seat.
The 2023 KTM 390 Adventure is available now, however the spoked-wheel edition is not expected in Australia and New Zealand until May.
