Fancy yourself as a bit of revolutionary and want a motorcycle tour with a difference?
The youngest son of Argentine revolutionary leader Che Guevara has opened an agency offering Cuban motorcycle tours for $US3000 ($A3675).
La Poderosa Tours aims to offer an "intimate contact with a part of the history of a unique revolution," with visits to Guevara's base in colonial Havana and a trip to Santa Clara in the east of the city, which witnessed a crucial battle in 1958 and still holds Guevara's remains.
The tours echo Guevara's passion for motorbikes, highlighted in his memoirs published in 1993 and in the 2004 movie The Motorcycle Diaries.
"Ernesto Guevara [Guevara's son, pictured] inherited from his father the passion for motorcycles which enables him to travel his country and to know it as few [others]," says La Poderosa Tours' website.
"Proud of his people, he has always longed to share the experience of enjoying the beauties of his country with friends and the brotherhood of motorists visiting the island. Ernesto will fulfill your dreams but also [develop] his."
Tour prices range from $A3675 per person to $A7100 for six-day or nine-day trips.
The tours include lodging, food, a guide and transportation via a "brand-new motorcycle," but not the price of petrol.
One of the tour guides is Camilo Sanchez, the son of Cuban guerrilla Antonio Sanchez Diaz, also known as "Marcos", killed during a 1967 battle.
"We will make your trip a unique experience, an unforgettable memoir. We will personally take care of every detail during your journey," the website continued.
Che Guevara was captured and executed by Bolivian authorities in 1967.
