The 2022 version of Husqvarna's supermoto special gets a couple of minor updates

The 2022 Husqvarna FS 450 supermoto racer is on its way to Australia, with subtle refinements ensuring it maintains its position as a class leader.

In addition to a sleek new colour scheme, the 2022 Husqvarna FS 450 benefits from a new Brembo hydraulic clutch designed for ‘perfect, fade-free action in all conditions’.

Elsewhere, the 2022 FS 450 maintains the same successful package from 2021. It is powered by a compact single-cylinder 63hp SOCH engine mounted into chromoly frame and carbon fibre composite subframe – a setup derived from Husqvarna’s motocross range.

The machine also keeps the Pankl 5-speed gearbox, the powerful Brembo brakes, and the premium WP XACT suspension which includes AER technology in the front fork.

Other premium components include CNC machined triple clams, ProTaper handlebars, Alpina wheels, Bridgestone slick tyres and a launch control function.

Local availability and pricing is yet to be advised, but the 2022 Husqvarna FS 450 is now available overseas in all Husqvarna dealerships.
