Quickshifter now available for Street Triples

The best $540 you'll ever spend

To use a Molly Meldrum-ism: do yourself a favour and check this one out.

I’m talking about Triumph’s ‘Plug and Play’ quickshifter, which was previously the sole domain of the Daytona 675 but is now available as an accessory for both the Street Triple and Street Triple R to allow clutchless upshifts while keeping the throttle pinned.

The quickshifter is compatible with Street Triple machines from VIN number 411984 onwards and can be fitted in minutes thanks to its 'plug and play' compatibility. It is available from Triumph dealers for $549.

I haven’t used the Triumph quickshifter, but if it’s on a par with BMW’s set-up on the new K 1300 series, then it has to be a seriously fun tool.

Triumph has also released fully adjustable Arrow rearset footpegs for the Street Triple range, priced at $750 per pair and made from CNC-machined billet aluminium with a black anodised finish.

Click the following link for more information on the plug and play quickshifter and Arrow rearsets.
