An issue with the throttle grip housing for both marques

Product description
Two-stroke models (TE125/250/300) MY 2012 and 2013
What is the defect?
Due to a production fault on the upper part of the throttle grip housing, the throttle cable wire may slide out of the deflection roller and become wedged between the deflection roller and the housing. This blocks the throttle slide and results in an uncontrollable riding situation.
What is the hazard?
This blocks the throttle slide and results in an uncontrollable riding situation. This situation may be life threatening or may result in injury to the user.

What should consumers do?
Do not ride the vehicle until the problem is corrected. If you are an owner of one of these vehicles please contact your authorised Husaberg dealer and provide that last six digits of your VIN to arrange a booking. Husaberg Australia be notifying affected owners by way of a letter sent to the address on the warranty registration.
