Faulty anti-lock brakes have forced Kawasaki Australia to recall 21 of its Z900 RS and Z 900 RS Café models sold between November 2018 and February 11, 2019.
The recall notice cites potential contamination of the ABS hydraulics potentially leading to “improper functioning of the anti-lock braking system, allowing the user to lock the front or rear wheel during operation of the anti-lock braking system, creating the potential for a crash resulting in injury or death”.
