Product recall: Husqvarna

Throttle housing issue with its two-stroke off-road models

Details as follows:

Product description
MY13 CR125, WR125, WR250 and WR300

What is the defect?
Incorrectly produced inner cable retaining guide within the upper throttle housing.

What is the hazard?
It may be possible for the inner cable to jump the cable wheel and be pinched between the cable wheel and the upper throttle housing. This may cause the throttle to stick and may pose a hazard to the rider and other road users.

A letter is being sent to affected owners. Follow Husqvarna/Paul Feeney Group instructions sent via registered mail, cease riding the motorcycle, return to an authorised Husqvarna dealer for replacement of the upper throttle housing.
