In the case of the Ducati XDiavel and XDiavel S, a sidestand mounting bracket could degrade over time, potentially leading to the sidestand collapsing under the bike's weight. The recall affects 464 examples sold nationally in Australia.
In the case of the Scrambler 1100, an improper manufacturing process means an exhaust cable may come into contact with the bike's positive battery cable, potentially leading to an electrical short and creating a subsequent fire risk. This recall affects 182 examples sold nationally in Australia.
Owners of the affected models have been asked to contact their nearest Ducati dealership to arrange for the issue to be rectified free of charge.
