Piaggio's new toys

Piaggio has a couple of new models, and has reworked the price on two more

The all-new Beverley 250 (pictured in light blue) is now on sale at $7490 (plus ORC). It claims large-diameter alloy wheels, low-emission Euro 3 compliant liquid-cooled engine, hydraulic shock absorbers with adjustable preload, anti-theft immobiliser, front and rear discs, all-weather protection, multi-function dash, and rear rack with integrated lockable hook.

The Zip 100 (pictured as a pair) is now on sale at $2490 (plus ORC). Like its 50cc sibling, the Zip 100 is nimble and easy on the hip pocket, and features a Euro 2 compliant four-stroke engine.

The NRG Pure-Jet 50 (pictured in red), which features Sarich fuel-injected two-stroke technology, is now priced at $3990 (plus ORC). The electric-start 50cc Pure-Jet features 140-section (rear) and 120-section (front) tyres for superb grip, married to premium suspension. The scooter can also be ridden on a car licence in Qld, SA, NT and WA.

There is a new runout price of $8490 (plus ORC) for the X9 Evolution 500 (pictured in silver), which features an electric centrestand, integrated communication system, linked Brembo brakes, excellent underseat storage, fuel-injected 500cc engine, adjustable screen, digital dash and adjustable back rest.
