Phillips remains world enduro leader

The Tasmanian endured a wet and rough weekend in Greece but remains a slender leader in the new EnduroGP class

The 2016 Enduro World Championship made its way to Greece for rounds five and six on May 21-22, with Aussie Sherco rider Matt Phillips maintaining his lead in the premier EnduroGP class.

Phillips finished third and fifth across the two days to complete the two days fourth overall behind Eero Remes (TM, 1-2, Johnny Aubert (Beta, 5-2) and Nathan Watson (KTM, 2-5).

Phillips now holds a slender 4pt (92 to 88) lead over Remes, followed by Steve Holcombe (Beta, 81), Mathias Bellino (Husqvarna, 68) and Robert (62).
