
Peter Stevens Motorcycles has closed its Ferntree Gully store in Victoria, but says it will continue to service vehicles at its other stores.
The motorcycle retailer is one of the best-known in Victoria and South Australia and despite the closure of its Ferntree Gully store the company says the brand new Ringwood store that's due to open soon will cater for customers in the Eastern suburbs.
"With the grand opening of our new Ringwood store location just weeks away we are confident in our ability to service the needs of motorcyclists and Personal Watercraft users in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne," said Brent Stafford, General Manager, Peter Stevens Motorcycles.
"Upon completion of the new Ringwood store, the store will be quite an event to visit, offering the motorcyclist and PWC enthusiast the widest range of product and accessories that customers expect from a modern retail and service outlet."
Peter Stevens confirmed that it had retained all staff members from the Ferntree Gully store, most of will relocate to the new Ringwood premises (pictured during construction).
Furthermore, the Peter Stevens Motorcycle franchise released a statement confirming it would "continue to sell and service all the Motorcycle and Personal Watercraft brands associated with Ferntree Gully, including Kawasaki, Yamaha and Sea-Doo, at the Ringwood store".
