Hypermotard
Ducati introduced the next generation of the Hypermotard family at EICMA motorcycle show in Milan with three new models: the Hypermotard, Hypermotard SP and the Hyperstrada for more long distance adventure.
Brand new from the ground up, the models introduce the new 110hp Ducati 821cc Testastretta 11° engine in a new Trellis frame. There’s also latest generation anti-lock braking, eight-level traction control and integrated riding modes: Sport, Touring and Urban.
The Hypermotard and Hypermotard SP maintain the standard Supermotard look, while the Hyperstrada is factory accessorised with full touring-oriented specification.
Diavel Strada
A surprise entry for the Diavel family came in the form of the new Diavel Strada. The new model, specifically designed for longer journeys, has been factory accessorised with touring-friendly components that enable all-day riding comfort for both rider and passenger.
There are also higher handlebars swept back towards the rider, larger seats, heated grips, and two auxiliary power outlets. For the passenger, there’s also a back rest and grab rails.
Side luggage is fitted as standard, and the Diavel Strada arrives in a race titanium colour scheme with racing black frame and black wheels.
Price and availability for the 2013 Ducati models is yet to be announced.
