The machine is apparently a pet project for company figurehead Claudio Castiglioni and will be running a new powerplant. Details are a little thin, but we're told it has a 1079cc capacity, and claims 190 horses in street form or 200 with track set-up.
Its internals are significantly altered, with many made by hand, while the company says it will be employing lots of titanium, magnesium and carbon fibre.
Only 100 will be made and the price means that it is likely to hag on to the tag of world's most expensive production bike for some time to come.
Meanwhile the company has released its F4 1000R (pictured) in Australia. According to the blurb it has received a host of upgrades over the S model including: repositioned and new valves, new pistons, new Magenti Marelli 5SM ECU, new radially mounted Brembo front brake callipers, new 50mm Marzocchi RAC fork, new Brembo Y-spoke wheels and an extra 10hp. Prices are $32,990 for the dual seat version and $32,790 for the solo (plus ORC).
The company has also been busy on the racing front, recently winning a superstock championship race in Italy and setting up teams for the new season in the UK and Germany.
