Proof that dangerous stunts are still cool: Due to "unprecedented demand" there will now be a third Nitro Circus Live show in Melbourne.
The event promoters say the huge demand has made it "the most popular live action sports show to ever tour Australia," and are struggling to keep up with demand for tickets.
Making its worldwide debut in Brisbane earlier this month, the Nitro Circus Live show has exceeded all expectations having since travelled to Sydney and Perth, which were sold out successes.
The next stops are Adelaide with two shows, and then Melbourne which has been extended to three shows at Rod Laver Arena. See below for dates and venues.
Evolving from the Travis Pastrana's popular MTV 'Nitro Circus' television series, the live show combines a range of different tricks on massive ramps, most of which involve vehicles of different designs, ridden by the likes of Aussie stars Blake 'Bilko' Williams and skateboard big air legend Jake Brown.
The vehicles involved include motocross bikes, BMX, skateboards and a number of home-made devices, most of which are launched into the air via the infamous Nitro Gigant-A-Ramp, a massive 50-foot ramp.
"Australian fans are the first to see this amazing show, which will go on to tour the world and we couldn't be happier with the response we have received," said promoter of Nitro Circus Live, Michael Porra.
