New V4 for Honda?
We all heard the rumours a couple of years ago that Honda was toying with a V5 MotoGP replica road bike prototype -- and there was probably some truth to itNow we're hearing much stronger rumours the company is not that far away from announcing a new V4 series, with a much more aggressive slant than the current VFR, to make the connection to the new generation V4 800cc MotoGP machine (pictured in Gresini colours).
At this stage Yamaha and Kawasaki can both claim to have sport bikes with similar engine configurations to their race machines, but Honda and Suzuki can not. Ducati has sold a limited batch of GP replicas, which are currently being built.
