First unveiled at the 2013 Sydney Motorcycle and Scooter Show last November as a market evaluation unit, the Burgman 200 is now available in Australia for riders demanding a luxury mid-sized scooter without a luxury price tag.
Suzuki says the Burgman 200's liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, SOHC engine is tuned for optimal performance at low and mid-range revs used most for commuting and touring the town.
A 41-litre storage compartment under the seat holds two full-face helmets. It also incorporates a lamp for extra convenience at night. Two front storage compartments provide 7.0-litre capacity, one is lockable with by the ignition key and the other is push-open for easy access. The lower lockable storage bay features a 12V DC outlet for charging phones and the like.
According to the manufacturer, the slim bodywork helps you drive city traffic, and a low seat and cutaway floorboards help you put your feet on the ground with ease. Plus, a 10.5-litre fuel tank gives you good range around town.
The Burgman 200 is available now for a recommended price of $5,490, it comes in a silver colour scheme and is backed by a 12-month, unlimited kilometre warranty.
