Paranoid Jeans: $129 plus armour ($10)
Details as follows:
14oz working denim, fully lined with 220gm Dupont Kevlar fibre and an extra layer of 180gm Kevlar in the key areas. That’s 400gm of protection in the key areas, and with pockets for optional CE-approved hip and knee armour.
Grinfactor uses only woven Kevlar which is cooler to wear than knitted Kevlar. Compare the weave of your t-shirt vs a knitted jumper that is an open weave, which traps the air within the product to retain warmth.
The 2013 triple skin fully lined design is unique and sets itself apart from the other jeans on the market
The Paranoids also incorporate a new innovative feature of an adjustable knee pocket -- not a net, a proper pocket -- for the CE-approved knee armour. This eliminates the old problem of the knee armour not being in the right place for different people, and there are pockets for the hip armour, too.
The three layers in the key areas -- two inner being Kevlar -- are separate, and to a degree, move independently on impact/abrasion, therefore not only being super thick but acting in the same way as a double skin running sock, ie helping toward lesser abrasion to the skin.
Kevlar lined hoodie: $129 plus armour $10

Uses only woven Kevlar, which is cooler to wear than knitted Kevlar.
These hoodies are perfect for commuting or a quick ride down the shops. Also great for a hot day when you just can’t cope with the leather jacket.
Grinfactor also stocks the following jeans that incorporate all the design features of the ‘Paranoids’ but with the Kevlar in only the knees/hip/butt.
