Macna's revamped evaporative cooling vest can reduce the temperature of the air that reaches a rider's body by up to 15ºC, according to the brand.
Capable of accepting up to 600ml of water through the filler cap – which has been moved on the latest version so it is more compatible with a backpack – it works by air passing through the vest's dual layers, where it's cooled before reaching the rider's torso.

Full of water, the Dry Evo Cooling Vest weighs one kilogram, but Macna claims the 600ml of water can last up to three days of summer riding before it requires a refill.
Constructed of anti-bacterial treated nylon and weighing 400 grams without water, the ventilated garment is machine washable.
It's available in eight sizes ranging from S through to 5XL and carries a recommended retail price of $249.95.
It's available through all good motorcycle accessories outlets.
