New product: Ixon Pro Contest 2 HP gloves
Ixon's latest winter gloves incorporate a Sensitive Touch System that allows the wearer to use touchscreen electronics with easeIxon’s Pro Contest 2 HP short-cuff winter gloves are CE certified for safety (Level 1, Category 2) and come packed with features. Grabbing the headlines is Ixon’s Sensitive Touch System (STS), which means the wearer doesn’t need to remove a glove to use a GPS or smart phone during a quick, road-side stop.
Ixon says the gloves are waterproof, breathable and warm, with a winter lining with aluminium on the back of the hand and Chamude reinforcement on the palm for added protection and feel. With a combination leather and softshell construction, the gloves also feature polyurethane knuckle protectors and palm sliders, while rubber straps with Velcro provide a secure fit.
Ixon’s Pro Contest 2 HP gloves are available in sizes XS to 3XL and they retail for $99.95.
