DNA produces air filters for a wide range of motorcycles, including road bikes and off-road bike, race bikes and production bikes.
The Italian company says it uses only the most advanced materials available, including environmentally friendly materials such as 100 per cent organic cotton instead of paper or synthetic foam, and its products are covered by a lifetime warranty.
DNA has used CAD and CAM manufacturing technology to produce a Full Contour design (FCd) that it says expands the filtration area by up to 80 per cent, while the subsequent performance gains are confirmed by in-house dyno testing of every filter.
DNA says its filters typically produce power gains of in excess of 12hp, plus crisper throttle response and better control. Meanwhile, with the aid of a positive static charge, DNA says its filters trap dust and particles down to five microns, ensuring excellent protection for your engine.
Universal and pod-style filters are also available for custom applications, while stage two and stage three airbox modification kits are also available for selected bikes. As an example, the stage three kit for Kawasaki’s Ninja 250 is said to boost airflow by more than 375 per cent over the stock intake system.
