If you ride a BMW dirt bike and want a matching helmet, your search is over. In fact, even if you don't ride a BMW you might still find some interest in these enduro helmets.
Priced at $900 a pop, the motorcycle helmets feature several adjustment settings that meet "varying ride requirements quickly and easily," says BMW, ensuring a "perfect fit".
Removable head and cheek pads combine with a chin strap and neck straps for secure fitting, and the helmet liner is removable and washable, made from DuPont Coolmax and Alcantara.
The German company says the helmets are designed to the highest safety standards to ensure maximum protection and are also "stylish and highly functional."
Weighing 1380 grams (1270g without visor) the BMW enduro helmet's outer shell is constructed from glass fibre with carbon and Kevlar reinforcement and features a five-part expanded polystyrol inner shell.
The visor is an injection-moulded job, three-dimensionally formed with anti-scratch and anti-fog attributes, and is an "optical class 1" product.
Accessories are also available with the helmet, including different sized lining and cheek pads, a visor bag and Exclusive 2 helmet bag, plus a visor cleaning cloth and helmet cleaner.
Available from BMW Motorrad dealer across Australia, the helmet can be had in magnesium matt and dark grey matt, in sized 53/54 to 63/64.
