Alpinestars says its voluminous XL Transition gear bag will help you carry the loadItalian motorcycle apparel and accessories specialist Alpinestars describes its XL Transition gear bag as “the mothership”. Measuring 96cm x 46cm x 43cm, it has a massive 88lt capacity and is designed to carry all your motorcycle gear, from boots to gloves, leathers to nylons, helmet to goggles and more.
Made from ballistic Nylon and 600-denier polyester, the bag has a hard internal base with external slide rails, hard bumpers and base corners, and a telescopic double-post handle that allows you to tow the bag along on its super-smooth rollers. A number of heavy-duty carry straps also afford easy man-handling.
There’s a main compartment for large items plus a bottom compartment for boots and other heavy items and a top compartment for a helmet. The internal walls and sidewalls are padded for extra protection and there’s a number of smaller pockets for items like gloves, goggles etc. The inner wall is also removable, so one extra-large compartment can be created if necessary.
Perforated tarpaulin panels aid ventilation while the bag even comes with its own removable tarpaulin change mat. It's also internally lined with hi-vis yellow, to make finding things that bit easier.
