New product: Alpinestars GP Pro gloves
Alpinestars says its GP Pro gloves offers serious protection and feel for both track and sports road ridersThese GP Pro gloves from Italian motorcycle apparel specialist Alpinestars have a full-grain leather construction with kangaroo leather palms.
The gloves have myriad protective features, including thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) injected knuckle protection, TPU palm and finger sliders, TPU cuffs, an internal top surface hand and thumb lining reinforced with DuPont Kevlar fibre, an internal K-Tech Kevlar lining for the little fingers, thermoplastic rubber protector on the backs of the hands, and a patented finger bridge that prevents finger separation and stops the protection twisting around the fourth finger in the event of a slide.
The gloves are secured with adjustable Velcro wrist straps and cuffs, while pre-curved fingers and the use of accordion leather stretch inserts enhance comfort.
A full ventilation system keeps your hands cool on warmer days and Alpinestars says the external finger and palm seams offer a close fit and superior feel.
Alpinestars’ GP Pro gloves are available in a number of colour schemes in sizes S to 3XL.
They have a recommended retail price of $249.95.
