New product: AGV AX9 helmet
Packed with features for adventure-tourers and moreItalian helmet brand AGV has unveiled a new adventure-touring lid – the AGV AX9.
AGV says the AX9 completes its touring range, and is "designed for long trips, offering top-of-the-line comfort with its premium quality interior and advanced ventilation system".

The modular design allows four different configurations: peak with visor, visor only, peak with goggles, goggles only.
The AGV AX9 also has the following features:
- Carbon, Aramid and fibreglass composite shell available in three sizes
- Super lightweight (to as low 1365g for the full carbon lid)
- Super-panoramic visor, allowing 190 degrees of horizontal and 110 degrees of vertical vision
- Six-position visor
- Pinlock anti-fog shield
- Adjustable venting
- Moisture-wicking cheek pads and top liner
- Water-resistant neckroll (to prevent water from channeling inside the helmet)
- Multi-density EPS foam with four different densities
- Far exceeds ECE 22.05 test safety standards
- Ready generic communications systems
- Available in a large range of sizes
The AGV AX9 helmet is available in black ($699), white ($699), North Black/White/Cyan ($799), Antartica Matt Black/Cyan ($799), Antartica Matt Black/Cyan ($799), Pacific Road Matt Black/White/Red ($799) or Matt Carbon ($899).
