New flagship Triumph store opens in Melbourne

Just around the corner from the Elizabeth Street hub

December 5, 2008

Triumph has its first dedicated Melbourne store - 'City Triumph' at 111 A'Beckett Street.

The store is about 400 square metres, and is in the same building as a new outpost for Harley-Davidson in Melbourne - Harley Heaven.

The massive building, owned by the Peter Stevens Motorcycles group, was extensively remodeled, at the cost of several million dollars, to accommodate the new stores, and also features a state-of-the-art 2000 square metre workshop on level one, servicing all types of motorcycles.

Meanwhile, the departure of Harley-Davidson and Triumph from Peter Stevens' existing store in Elizabeth Street will be filled by its Japanese inventory, as well as its Piaggio scooter range.

The official opening for Harley Heaven will be held on Tuesday, December 9, with City Triumph's unveiling a week later (December 16).
