Just a matter of weeks after Ducati Australia announced the impending arrival of a new dealership in Melbourne, now the company is set to expand its dealer footprint in Sydney.
Described by Ducati Australia as a new “flagship Ducati dealership”, the latest outlet is a part of the sizeable Autosport Group dealer network, and is slated to open its doors in the Sydney suburb of Alexandria in January 2022.

The Autosport Group is a car dealership chain that already represents several other automotive brands that fall under the umbrella of the wider Volkswagen Group, including Ducati. Those brands include Volkswagen itself, along with Audi and Lamborghini.
All told, Autosport Group has over 40 outlets nationally and currently represents more than 15 automotive brands.
The new Ducati store will stock the entire range of Ducati models along with an extensive range of apparel and accessories over two floors.
The new outlet complements existing Sydney dealerships Fraser Motorcycles Sydney, in Concord, and Sydney City Motorcycles, in Lane Cove.
More choice, better service
Ducati Australia and New Zealand Managing Director, Sergio Canovas, said the appointment would only grow the brand’s momentum in the NSW capital.
“We are thrilled to partner with the Autosport Group and bring their experience and passion to our Ducati customers,” he said.
“With their extensive experience representing the premium and performance brands of the Volkswagen Group, we are confident that the Autosport Group will deliver a Ducati experience that meets our global benchmarks and exceeds customer expectation.”
Autosport Group Managing Director and CEO, Nick Pagent, said the business was elated to add Ducati to its stable.
“We are delighted to add Ducati to our long list of premium and performance brands,” he said.
“We look forward to opening the doors of our new showroom to passionate Ducatisti in January 2022 and delivering a whole new customer experience.” The facility will be located at 85 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria.
