Brake expert Bendix has just launched its new Bendix Moto range of motorcycle brake pads.
The range comprises two separate lines of pads: Ultimate+ and Street Road Track.
Ideal for commuters and casual riders, Bendix says its Ultimate+ line-up utilises “dense ceramic materials that provide maximum durability and braking feel”.
The company says the pads’ embedded fine copper fibres increase friction and heat conductivity to enhance longevity, while other benefits include low dust and noise, and a “low wear design” that is said to maximise the life of your bike’s brake rotors.
Bendix says its Ultimate+ pads are suitable for cruisers, commuters, and small-to-medium trail and touring bikes.
Designed for longevity and the extra demands of more spirited riding and heavier, larger-capacity motorcycles, the Bendix Street Road Track range uses “stable friction substances, leading to more predictive braking in all conditions”.
Bendix says these pads, which incorporate sinter materials, provide extra life over organic alternatives, while their patented design handles dirty or damp conditions with ease.
“Riders will appreciate these pads’ strong initial bite and responsiveness – Street Road Track are designed to stick to rotors faster, providing more rapid braking and increased control,” says Bendix, adding: “They’re also engineered to offer low fade even at higher temperatures.”
The Bendix Moto range of Ultimate+ and Street Road Track pads covers a broad range of Japanese, European, American and Chinese motorcycle models. The pads are available through automotive accessory chain Supercheap Auto or online via bendixmoto.com.au.
