MXTV returns for a 10th season

Australian dirt bike fans rejoice -- MXTV is back on the box, starting May 26

Celebrating its 10th birthday, MXTV is back on the boob-tube in 2010, which should give dirt bike fans something to celebrate.

Though it's only available on pay television (Foxtel/Austar) on the Fuel TV extreme sports channel, the new season of MXTV will span 10 episodes, which screen on Wednesday nights at 9:30pm, kicking off on May 26 on channel 516.

The show will be repeated on Monday afternoons at 2:30pm for those who have other commitments on Wednesday night, and also on Thursdays at the not-so-family friendly time of 3:00am. Drag out the VCR!

National motocross champion Lee Hogan will be joined by Brendan Bell as the hosts of MXTV, and Ian "Macca" McGregor will also return with his 'Blokes & Their Bikes' segment. Hogan will also dispense his riding tips, and all the usual stuff will return including bike reviews and "a few surprises" according to the team...

"It's great to be back again for 2010 for a 10th big year," host and founder Brendan Bell enthused. "I'm proud to say we've stepped the show up each year and this year is no exception with the move to Fuel TV – Australia's premier extreme sports channel."

If you like dirt bikes, you'll probably like this TV show. Check out MXTV.com.au for more details.
