MV expands 'Reparto' Corse range

New MV Agusta Dragster 800 RC takes platform to new high
Italian marque MV Agusta has announced it is adding to its high-spec 'Reparto Corse' range with the new Dragster 800 RC.
Powered by a three-cylinder engine that weighs just 52 kilograms and produces a claimed 140hp at 13,100rpm, the Dragster 800 RC also features advanced electronics that deliver four ride modes – one of which can be completely tailored to meet the rider's needs.
Eight-level traction control comes standard as does a quickshifter, while the bike is dripping with carbonfibre components to reduce weight, as do the forged aluminium wheels.
A Marzocchi inverted shock, Sachs monoshock and Brembo braking setup complete the package, which will be limited to just 350 units worldwide.
The Dragster 800 RC joins the recently unveiled F3 RC in MV Agusta's high-end 'Reparto Corse' line-up, which serves as a 'race replica' range of selected MV Agusta models.
No word yet on how many examples of the Dragster 800 RC may be heading our way or when; Bikesales will bring you more information as it comes to hand.
