The bike is Brutale and the numbers are brutal.
MV Agusta says its limited-edition Brutale 1000 Serie Oro – just 300 will be built – pumps out 208hp (155kW) and 115.5Nm, making it the most powerful naked sports bike.
Priced at $68,880 on the road, the Brutale 1000 Serie Oro applies MV Agusta’s latest racetrack learning to a production bike.
The chassis is a composite of steel trellis and alloy side plates as seen on the Moto2 race bikes, while the engine has been developed based on the F4 RC superbike that competes in world superbike.
ECUs manage everything from the traction control to the Ohlins shock absorber and Brembo brakes and key data is shown on a five-inch TFT digital screen.
Carbon fibre panels, LED lights and a matt red paint finish ensure the Brutale 1000 Serie Oro looks as good as it goes.
The bike comes with a dedicated race kit including full titanium exhaust and dedicated ECU mapping.
