Mutt Motorcycles hit Australia

The Birmingham-based custom motorcycle company is now Down Under, with a seven-bike range of 250s

UK custom motorcycle marque Mutt Motorcycles has launched in Australia, with a simple philosophy "to provide the local market with super cool small-capacity retro-styled bikes”.

Mutt Motorcycles Australia is based in Sydney, with the local range and pricing as follows:

• Mongrel 250: $6800
• Hilts Grey 250: $7800
• Hilts Green 250: $7800
• Sabbath 250: $7800
• RS-13 250: $7800
• S-54 250: $7800
• Baja 250: $8400

All seven bikes share a fuel-injected, air-cooled, four-stroke, five-speed single-cylinder engine – good for about 21hp and 20Nm and Euro 4 compliant – with a variety of retro classic structural and styling touches.

The spoked wheels come in a variety of 17 and 18-inch configurations, with the majority of the models wearing adventure-based hoops. Other features include ABS, LED tail lights, custom-built stainless-steel exhausts and bespoke seats.
