Motorcyclists required for VicRoads survey

Advertising campaign called 'Travel Happy' about to kick off, and in the leap up VicRoads is after 200 riders to complete a brief on-line survey

VicRoads is about to embark on a multi-year advertising campaign intended to educate road users to better share the roads. It will be delivered over different media with a range of messages targeted both broadly and at key road user groups.

It will be known as the "Travel Happy - Share the Road campaign."

The campaign, to be launched in April 2015,will encourage motorists, cyclists, truck drivers, pedestrians and motorcyclists to have mutual respect on Victorian roads in order to Travel Happy together.

In the lead-up to the launch, the Travel Happy team is conducting a survey of different road users to get an understanding of the community’s current attitudes. The results from the survey will be used for PR/media purposes.

Motorcyclists are a key audience for the campaign and "Travel Happy" is seeking 200 riders to take the brief online survey which can be found here. The survey will go off line once this number has been reached.

Have you say.
