MotoGP wildcard applications now open
Three spots in both the 125GP and Moto2 classes in local round, and there could be more courtesy of the FIMApplications are now open for any Australian riders wishing to apply to ride as a wildcard in the 125GP and Moto2 classes at the 2010 IVECO Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix at Phillip Island from October 14-17.
The Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) has allocated Motorcycling Australia (MA) three wildcard spots in each of the classes, and any interested riders should complete the application form.
Depending on the applications received, MA may also put forward a further two nominations to the FIM to receive one of two additional FIM wildcard positions available in each class.
