Moto Buell for March
Buell is to launch a supermoto version of its XB 12 series next March, and may be taking out a world record for the longest model name in the process.The Lightning Super TT XB12STT runs the 1230cc Thunderstorm twin, in the company's distinctive alloy frame, which employs the main beams as a fuel tank and the swingarm as an oil tank.
Typically the powerplant produces around 100 horses and this variant claims a dry weight of just 181 kilos. Suspension is by Showa, with an inverted fork and underslung rear shock.
Price has yet to be set.
