Australian MotoGP rider Jack Miller has confirmed he will remain with Pramac Racing in 2020, with motorsport media website crash.net reporting he's poised to ink the contract extension.
Speaking immediately before the Dutch TT at Assen – the round where he claimed his first MotoGP victory in 2016 – Miller said he would be flying Pramac Racing colours again next season, with both him and teammate Pecco Bagnaia likely to be aboard top-spec Ducati hardware.
According to crash.net, the continuation is virtually a done deal.
"Pretty much everything is done except putting pen to paper," Miller said.
"I think there are some meetings going on today. I mean, it looks like I'm staying here. I say that with a smile on my face because I'm happy, I'm really chuffed to be able to stay here for another year with the official bike.
"I think it's going to be awesome news for Pramac as well. It looks like we should be having two factory bikes here. So it's amazing news for the team and for both us riders.
"We're just waiting to iron out the rest of the contract details."
Miller has shown impressive consistency thus far throughout the 2019 MotoGP season. Heading into Round 8 at Assen, he currently sits in sixth place in the championship standings.
