Meet Dakar legend Cyril Despres in Perth

The Frenchman will be the marquee guest at a KTM gathering before the start of the 2011 Australasian Safari

Three-time Dakar Rally winner Cyril Despres is coming to Australia to compete in the 2011 Australasian Safari, and his sponsor KTM is inviting fans along to an evening with the Frenchman before the event swings into life.

The KTM Safari Party will be held at the Breakwater Tavern in Hillarys Boat Harbour on Wednesday, September 21 commencing at 7:00pm. Numbers are limited to 300 and it’s a first-in first-served basis so be on time to avoid disappointment.

Also in attendance will be three-time Australasian Safari winner Ben Grabham, who will join Despres (pictured) in a question and answer session on stage.

The balance of KTM’s Safari outfit will also be at the turnout, as will as the Husaberg Rallye Team.

The Breakwater Tavern is an 18-plus venue, ID is required and minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A cash bar facility will be open.
