A non-profit organisation supporting and promoting humanitarian projects to benefit the disadvantaged, and you can help by purchasing a #58 t-shirtFollowing the tragic passing of Marci Simoncelli at last year’s Malaysian MotoGP round, a not-for-profit foundation has been created for the support and promotion of humanitarian projects to benefit the disadvantaged.
The foundation was realised to create a worthy and lasting memory in honour of Marco. By keeping the memory of ‘Super Sic’ alive, the foundation focuses on alleviating suffering and caring for those in need, directly intervening when necessary in situations of danger and extreme need.
When you log onto the www.motogp.com store and choose from three available options: “Race your life” , “58 Sic Supporter” and "Buon Compleanno Sic" you also support the foundation created in memory of Marco.
The foundation was created in December, 2011 through the efforts of Marco’s father Paolo Simoncelli, mother Rossella, good friends Carlo Pernat and Paolo Beltramo, and girlfriend Kate.
