Marco Simoncelli exhibition
You'll have to be in Italy to see it, but it will be well worth the effort with lots of unique pieces dedicated to the late MotoGP starA "History of Sic" Marco Simoncelli exhibition will be held on December 8 in his home town of Coriano.
The exhibition will look back over Simoncelli’s life beyond the photos many now know well. Unique pieces such as his first ever race suit, a pit box of the San Carlo Honda Gresini team and a paining dedicated to Sic by Rimini artist Davide Salvadei will be on display.
The idea is to bring together the world of two-wheel sport and culture in the town’s Palace of Culture, with such displays as those from MotoGP photographer Gigi Soldano, whose works can be seen in the corridors of the main entrance to the exhibition.
