MA ‘Come and try' day

To be held on the weekend of February 22-23 – so, more than a day... – giving kids and adults the chance to try out different disciplines of motorcycle racing

Motorcycling Australia’s Come and Try Day, will be held on Februray 22-23, 2014, when more than 80 motorcycle tracks across the country open their gates to new riders and volunteers.

Prospective riders of all ages and interests will be able to hit the track for a range of on-bike activities, with guidance and support from experienced riders and officials.

The scheduled events cover the full scope of motorcycle disciplines, including motocross, road racing, enduro, speedway, trial, dirt track and quads.

All new riders will be issued with a free annual recreational licence on the day so they can come back and do it all again.

The day will also provide a great opportunity for anyone interested in motorcycling to get down to their local club and find out how to get involved in the sport as a volunteer or event official.

To view the full calendar of 2014 National Come and Try Day events including participating clubs in your area, visit www.ma.org.au/comeandtry.

National Come and Try Day is a collaborative project between Motorcycling Australia and its state controlling bodies.
