Looking for a bargain? Try China…

Only in a county with such a critical mass such as China would nearly 2000 seized motorcycle remain unclaimed…
Would this happen anywhere else? According to traffic police in the south-east Chinese island of Xiamen, 1786 motorcycles remain unclaimed among the 4016 that have been seized this year – many of them used for business purposes.
Bikes that aren’t spoken for are discarded after six months.
Despite certain traffic and permit restrictions against operational motorcycles on Xiamen Island (China’s version of hoon laws?), obviously many aren’t taking heed of the warnings.
