The chassis is running a new frame, 43mm fork and a single rear shock. All up it claims to weight 225 kilos dry and has a 19lt fuel tank.
Power is about the same as the old bike - said to be 96 horses - but arrives 1000rpm sooner at 7500rpm. Max toque is up a claimed 18 per cent at arrives much earlier at 3700rpm, rather than the previous 6500rpm. Assuming that's all true, it should be an impressively grunty thing to ride.
Called the 1250S, the machine has adjustable seat height and seems to promise a lot of bang for the buck at just $11,990 plus ORC.
