Indian Motorcycle Australia has released the third bike in its series of locally influenced Scout Limited Edition models, with the Scout LE Mk III on sale now at Australian Indian dealerships.
The Scout LE Mk III follows on from the initial Scout LE Mk I released in April and the Scout LE Mk II released in June, and features a heritage colour scheme that draws its inspiration from the iconic Indian models of the 1930s.
To that end, the new Scout LE Mk III adopts an Indian Red and Thunder Black paint scheme, with gold pinstriping and an Indian Script decal on the tank. Black wire wheels and a black 1920s solo seat – both genuine Indian accessories – complete the package, which is priced from $21,695 ride away.
The standard Indian Scout is priced from $19,995 ride away, while Indian Motorcycle Australia says the extras on the Scout LE Mk III add up to over $4000 in added value.
Just 10 examples of the Scout LE Mk III have been produced, so prospective buyers will need to move smartly to secure one.
