Limited-edition CFMOTO 800MT Touring unveiled

CFMOTO has pulled the covers off a new and limited-edition version of its recently introduced adventure model, the 2022 CFMOTO 800MT Touring.

Limited to just 50 examples, the model sports what CFMOTO Australia describes as a ‘Sandstone Yellow’ premium paint livery, while the bike also comes standard with aluminium panniers and a topbox, all in black, along with Barkbusters handguards.

That’s on top of the usual list of extras found on the CFMOTO 800MT Touring, spanning tyre pressure monitoring, wire-spoked wheels, a centrestand, bi-directional quickshifter, alloy bashplate and a steering damper, among others.

The limited-edition model’s extras will be fitted during the pre-delivery process, says CFMOTO.

The exclusive model is priced at $16,490 ride away, representing a saving of over $300 over purchasing the extra accessories individually.

Prospective buyers can purchase the limited-edition CFMOTO 800MT Touring through their local CFMOTO dealer or via the model’s dedicated online microsite, where further accessories can be added as desired.

“When the wraps were first taken off the CFMOTO 800MT range in 2021, one of the machines on display at a motorcycle show was in the Sandstone Yellow livery and it really caught our eye,” said Michael Poynton, Director, CFMOTO Australia.

“We’re now delighted to be able to offer it to local customers, in a package that adds more ‘touring’ into the 800MT Touring with the beautiful black panniers and top case, and of course the iconic Aussie-made Barkbusters handguards for extra protection.

“With only 50 units coming to Australia, this is one model that we don’t expect will be in our warehouse for too long.”
