Entries are now open for the KTM Sunny Corner Trail Bike Ride, which will be held on September 19-20 in the Sunny Corner State Forest, halfway between Lithgow and Bathurst.
The non-competitive arrowed ride features two loops: a 75km one the morning, followed by a 50km jaunt in the afternoon. IT will be held in rain, hail or shine - and possibly even snow!
Anyone with a road licence and road registered bike can enter the event, and all entries go into the draw to win a new KTM 450 EXC, while the runner-up will take home a new KTM 50 SX mini, provided by KTM Australia.
Other prizes will include thousands of dollars worth of tyres, helmets, oils, air filters, riding gear, bike stands and trail tour vouchers.
Riders can set-up up camp in the Sunny Corner State Forest, and entertainment on Saturday night will include a live band, plus a bonfire and full catering facilities.
Alternatively, riders can arrive for the first group departure early Sunday morning.
Entry to the event also includes breakfast and lunch vouchers. Early bird entries prior to August 7 cost $125 per person, afterwards jumping to $150.
The Central Tablelands Motorcycle Club will supply sweep riders, recovery vehicles, and full medical services.
