While KTM has had success with its ‘Six Days’ and ‘Erzberg’ special editions, this is the first time a WESS special edition has been released.
Built on the versatile and ever-popular 350 EXC-F, the WESS special edition model features a unique livery, orange anodized hubs, radiator fan and protectors, orange CNC machined triple clams, a plastic skid plate, and a gripper ‘Factory’ seat.
The 48mm WP XACT fork is the star attraction, with the special ‘AER’ technology being included on an EXC model for the first time. While the KTM motocross range has utilised air forks, the enduro range has previously opted for traditional springs. As well as easy adjustment, the air fork also results in massive weight savings.
Other additions for the WESS model include a floating front disc and guard, a solid rear disc, a Supersprox stealth rear sprocket, orange oil plug, grey ODI grips, and a map selector switch as standard.
The new KTM 350 EXC-F WESS edition will be available in limited numbers at authorised KTM dealers in Australia and New Zealand from January, 2021.
