Kawasaki has raised the curtain on its new 2014-spec Ninja 300, which now comes in a range of new colours. While mechanically unchanged, the top-selling machine is still available in Lime Green or Pearl Stardust White, but it’s joined by two Special Edition models – in Stardust White/Ebony and Candy Burnt Orange/Ebony.
The standard green or white models are available either with or without ABS; the white SE model comes without ABS while the orange SE model comes with ABS. Previously the SE model was only available in green, either with or without ABS.
The 2014 Ninja 300 is on sale now for $6199 (plus on-roads) for the standard non-ABS model, $6699 (plus on-roads) for the standard ABS model, $6399 (plus on-roads) for the SE non-ABS model, and $6899 (plus on-roads) for the SE ABS model.
The Ninja 300 is currently Australia’s best-selling motorcycle, with some 1898 examples sold over the first half of 2013. Trailing some way behind, the second-best-selling model is Yamaha’s WR450F enduro bike, with 795 units sold.
